Our Story
Some leaders have an inspired vision, others have clear goals they want to accomplish, and some just have a spark or the beginning of an idea; but all of them experience obstacles. Poor communication, strong egos, and conflicting priorities are all roadblocks to carrying out their vision, resulting in lacklustre performance.
We understand these challenges. We’ve been there. And we discovered a better way.
Back in 2017, sitting in a crowded movie theatre, we realised that people craved adventure, they wanted to be the heroes of their own story…
That’s why we created VIA (“the way”), to give leaders an easy-to-follow path (in the form of The Hero’s Journey) to overcome these challenges, improve performance and, ultimately, bring about The Golden Age of leadership.

Anastasiya Loukienko and Jesus Miguel Fernandez both have significant experience in business, leadership, people and culture. They’ve worked with up-and-coming startups, Australian success stories, all the way to mega-successful Fortune 500 companies.
Both have spent many years studying the fields of neuroscience, psychology, and physics.
