Young Growth Academy engaged VIA during a key period of growth for the business.
Alan, the Founder & CEO of YGA, needed to align and rally his leadership team to create a long-term strategy for the expansion and growth of YGA.
A bit about YGA…
Young Growth Academy (YGA) was created to inspire enthusiasm for learning and enable high school students to take control of their future.
Their goal is to set a new academic standard in student engagement by delivering the most interactive learning experience.
A week in Blue Mountains…
The YGA Leadership Team came together for a week to develop a Master Blueprint, using VIA’s science-based methodology.
To their surprise, the process of creating the Master Blueprint allowed the team to have difficult conversations about their real levels of commitment with ease!
New and better ideas came effortlessly and the team experienced a new level of unity and trust.

This project gave Alan the confidence to give his leadership team more ownership and empower them to grow the business, certain that YGA will thrive and conquer the NSW landscape!
