One of the core ideas from the offsite sparked an entire campaign which repositioned their brand at the new level.

Thanks to the clarity and direction set by the Master Blueprint, the team at Ucidity has become much more efficienct and collaborative. Using VIA’s science-based framework, communication has improved significantly.

Finally, one of the biggest changes was the decision to switch the roles and responsibilities of the two directors. This sparked a lot of excitement and positive momentum in the team!
